Prices start from an amazing €60.00 per apartment, per night. 2 night minimum stay.

 

Choose from a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self catering apartments or townhouses – all neutrally decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. The kitchen/dining areas all have electric ovens with 4 ring electric hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and saucepans. The comfortable living areas contain leather sofas and/or armchairs, flat screen TV and coffee table. Fitted wardrobes, study desks, bedding, towels, complimentary toiletries, an iron, ironing board, clothes rack and cleaning materials are also provided for your convenience. Pinergy electric meters and energy efficient heaters are provided to ensure each property is warm and cosy. 

  FREE WiFi is available throughout the complex



There are a limited number of luxury apartments some of which have en suite bathrooms, separate additional WC’s, a balcony, washing machine and/or dishwasher. Self service laundry, refuse and recycling disposal, FREE underground parking, bicycle racks, night security, CCTV, post and parcel service, wheelchair accessible accommodation and a pharmacy are also available on site.

Milligan Court Terms & Conditions 

1. 2 night minimum stay.
2. A non-refundable 10% deposit paid by credit or debit card will be required to secure the booking. If the booking is cancelled at any time the 10% deposit will not be returned. 
3. The room rate includes free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and toiletries.  Additional towels or bed linen may incur an additional charge. 
4. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the arrival date. If you cancel after this period, the 1st nights stay (per apartment/townhouse) will be charged to your credit/debit card.
5. Payment in full is due by credit or debit card or cash at check-in. 
6. Check-in is from 2pm to 5pm. It may be possible to check-in before or after these times but only with prior arrangement so please contact us with your arrival time.
7. The number of guests stated above must not be exceeded without the permission of management. 
8. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if the property and its contents have not been maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition. All breakages must be reported to the office immediately. 
9. Please let us know in advance if you require us to reserve a free parking space for you. Spaces are limited so early booking is advised.
10. No responsibility will be taken for items lost or stolen from the property or from cars. Cars are parked at your own risk. 
11. Cots and extra beds are subject to availability and must be pre-booked in advance.
12. Pets with the exception of Guide Dogs are not permitted. 
13. Check-out is between 9am and 11am on the day of departure. All keys and fobs must be returned to the office at check-out and posted through the office letterbox if the office is closed. Failure to return keys and fobs will incur a €20.00 per set charge to the credit card given at the time of booking. 
14. For Group Bookings (8 or more guests) a €250.00 damage deposit will be taken at check-in from the credit/debit card used at the time of booking. This will be returned to the credit/debit card after check-out and once the properties have been inspected. Please note this could take up to 24 hours after departure
